The patch at above link misses replacing one instance of -g into \-g in vimtutor-fr.UTF-8.1 (fixed in attached patch). @David: I'm indeed the current maintainer of the French translations. The current French man page still contains... Cette page de manuel a été traduite par David Blanchet <david.blanc...@free.fr> 2004-12-27. (= this man page was translated by David Blanchet ...) I'm leaving that message but I'm: - adding my name at the bottom of all the French man pages since I am the current maintainer; - incorporating the fix suggested by James & Thilo - fixing a grammar mistake found in vimdiff-fr.*.1.
