Would it not make more sense to NOT CC [email protected] but rather send
the email TO [email protected] and CC anyone in particular that has a
direct interest in the message?
That way the message will follow the normal path all other messages from
[email protected] follow, into it's folder via the rule setup for it, and
the CC people will get a copy in their inbox as well?
Alternatively, how does one setup a rule in Gmail to use the "Reply-To"
or "Cc" fields? I can only use the basic view and there doesn't seem to
be an option for it there.
Thanks

You mean using m< and m> directly? I can't think of any, but it can make
gv really useful (although you can't set visualmode)
