Like all previous Vim versions, it will be ready when Bram publishes an
announcement in these newsgroups (vim_announce which goes on to all
others). Probably not before he finds out how to compile on Windows a
Vim with Perl which doesn't crash after printing "Hello". Otherwise,
just wait and see.
