New issue 211 by [email protected]: open a file with ":e"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When i open a file with ":e" or open a file in cli with "vim xx.xx", it's
output a message "Press Enter or type command to continue" to confirm.
OS: ubuntu 13.10
vim version: v7-4-242
Maybe it's appears from v7-4-230
