What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. :set relativenumber
2. open a new line above with O
or
2. yank a line with yy
3. paste above with P
What is the expected output? Relative numbers as they usually are.
What do you see instead? There are two 0's. All numbers below cursor are
off by one.
What version of the product are you using?
