This problem occurs in vim 7.4.757 to 7.4.765. (fixed by 7.4.766)

If you use urxvt and using transparency, check below thread and try local patch rbg_fix4.patch

If we want to urgently resolved, try out the following method.
1. 't_RB' cleard in your .vimrc.
  set t_RB=
2. 'bg' set to 'dark' or 'light' in your .vimrc
  set bg=dark
3. Disable transparency.
