ManPageView's :Man does override the :Man command provided by the
runtime, and ManPageView doesn't provide :Info, but it does provide :Man
topic.i, which currently  provides vim with an info reader, too.   It
also provides :VMan, :Oman, and more (including :HEMan for you body
building types! :)  ).

Merging it -- well, its completely different from SungHyun Nam's
version, so it would either be a replacement or Nam would have to
duplicate functionality -- and there's a lot of extra functionality.
