Can you give an example of the before/after looks?

The use of _() is wrong, it must be applied to the fixed string, it
doesn't work after using sprintf() to create the string.

The layout needs to be adjusted to Vim style.

I'm afraid that this will not be backwards compatible. E.g., a test
file contains this:

fdt=substitute(substitute(foldtext(),\
'\\%(^+--\\)\\@<=\\(\\s*\\)\\(.\\{-}\\)\:\ \\%(\"\ \\)\\=\\(Test\
\\d*\\)\:\\s*',\ '\\3\ (\\2)\:\ \\1',\ \"\"),\
'\\(Test\\s*\\)\\(\\d\\)\\D\\@=',\ '\\1\ \\2',\ "")

Does that still work?

This would also be a good time to add a test for foldtext().
