No change using vim8 -u NONE
Garbage is still here. Note: clipboard is not altered, only pasting in
the terminal where vim8 as been ran.

using xterm as a terminal seems to behave without pasting extra garbage,
but I don't use xterm.And
unsetting TERM also fix the behavior in xfce4-terminal 0.6.3

Why unseting TERM change the behavior, and what difference should I look
for between vim8 and vim7 packaged for my distribution ?
The vim7 packaged binary works without altering.
Also issuing a reset command, restores clipboard behavior.
