As I wrote in src/INSTALLpc.txt, it is used for the dll name.  You may find
the dll under the lib directory in the installation directory.  E.g.:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Racket\lib\libracket3m_xxxxxx.dll

The latter part of the dll name (3m_xxxxxx) should be specified as
MZSCHEME_VER.  There's no easy way to detect the name automatically.
