Dear vim_dev, This is my first post to vim_dev. Sorry if I'm missing context.
I'd like to fix syntax highlight of `haskell.vim` Haskell/GHC has adopted a new syntax for numeric literals [1]. (I'm an author of that proposal.) I prepared a patch for this [2]. (I visually checked the patch with this test file [3].) I searched for maintainers of `haskell.vim`, but there was no reaction [4]. Please tell me how I should take the next action. (Is it better to send pull-request from Github?)
