Which compiler and linker? (If you talk of GNU C, it might be minGW
gcc, but maybe something else) Which featureset? (Huge, Big, Normal,
Small, Tiny) Which version and patchlevel? (as of this writing, the
latest is 8.1.5) Any optional features Perl, Python, ..., in genral
anything tagged "m" at :help +feature-list)?
