Shouldn't the src/Makefile also be updated? AFAICT, by both looking into the src/Makefile and at the output of (Huge) "make install", only French, Italian, Japanese, Polish and Russian manuals get installed (usually in several charsets each). (And this is not due to an outdated src/shadow-huge/Makefile because I have intentionally replaced the latter by a symlink to its namesake in the parent src directory, rather than a copy which would get outdated.)
