Hi Bram,

https://www.vim.org/mercurial.php needs to be updated because BitBucket
stopped supporting mercurial.
There are there places needs to be updated.

Here:

> You can obtain Vim for the first time with either one of these commands:
> hg clone https://bitbucket.org/vim-mirror/vim
> hg clone http://hg.256bit.org/vim
> hg clone https://hg.osdn.net/view/vim/vim

here:

> Either of the three sites should work, but bitbucket will stop supporting
Mercurial in 2020. 256bit.org is a single server maintained by Christian
Brabandt. The osdn.net site is where this website is also hosted and has
full support.

and here:

> 1. Clone the repository
> ~/code $ hg clone https://bitbucket.org/vim-mirror/vim

Regards,
Ken Takata
