Looking at the coverage output, I see that "dosinst.c" and "uninstall.c"
are included: https://codecov.io/gh/vim/vim/tree/master/src
But these are for MS-Windows and are not executed. That gives the wrong
impression about coverage.
Not sure how these files get picked up by codecov, they are not
included in the executable. Is there a way to avoid that?
