Hello everyone.

I just started using MacVim, and I love it; I've been using vim for a
few years on Linux now, but it's never looked this good. Big thanks
to the developers for the great work!

I love the "Edit in MacVim" option as well; unfortunately, I think I'm
experiencing a bug with this functionality. Simply put, it doesn't
work in all textareas. If I use the option in a gmail textarea, for
example, all I get is a beep. Same in google search. It works fine in
other Cocoa applications, though (tried in Mail, iCal, address book,
etc.). Restarting Sarafi did not help. It also works in the Sarafi
search bar. At first I thought it just did not work with the browser's
textareas, but it works fine with *this* textfield: this post was
written in MacVim using the external editor option.

It's a brand new install of MacVim, and there are no customisations to
Safari, so I doubt it's anything I did.

Thoughts anyone?

EG
