When I print a text file, I get a PDF preview window that seems
correct with regard to margins, but when I send it to the printer, the
margins are not respected and text runs off the bottom of the page.
Anybody else have this problem or is the issue known? I'm using the
latest stable release and OS X Leopard up to date, with HP printers.
