I cannot reproduce this problem so I'm guessing that it is some option that is causing problems. Please go through the first step at http://code.google.com/p/macvim/wiki/ReportingBugs and try to figure out a minimal configuration that causes the problem, then give me step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce.
