This line is printed to the console every time focus goes to macvim:

buffer open:

I've gone through all of the steps outlined on github for troubleshooting with
macvim and have been unable to isolate the problem to any plugin or profile/rc
configuration for the shell or vim. I've reinstalled macvim via Brew several
times.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
