Thanks for your interest Alessandro! sorry i forgot to mention. I am using latest version of MiniBufExplorer (6.3.2) and the latest version of project ( 1.4.1) i also use latest version of nerd tree that Tomas mentioned. My operating system is windows vista 64bit. Maybe Tomas is right and the misbehavior of MiniBufExplorer is not caused by project plug in... i haven't been able to reproduce the "bug". I know that it happends quite a lot, when changing files from different directories.
