':set wildmenu' does not change fuzzyfinder's behavior.
How about this?

autocmd BufEnter \[fuf\] imap <buffer> <Tab>   <C-n>
autocmd BufEnter \[fuf\] imap <buffer> <S-Tab> <C-p>
