My question concerns the Univeral Text Linking-plugin found at http://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=293. It's pretty cool to keep your text organized, but I've still got some questions. If any of the developers are reading this, is it possible to link across windows in a single session?
To be more specific, my usual vim-setup consists of three windows with two vertical splits. It would be great if I could have some kind of outline-file on the far right, which helps me navigate through the window in the middle. Basically I'm looking for a command that tells the script to move the cursor in the adjacent window to a certain point in the document. E.g. you have a link called <url:Chapter_I#Window2> and it jumps to Chapter_I in Window 2. Possible? Cheers, Michael -- You received this message from the "vim_use" maillist. Do not top-post!
