I am editing a long document with many { } pairs and some spurious entries of either { or }. I want to click on one member of the pair and have the other highlighted. This works fine.
But when I click on a spurious } Gvim switches to visual mode and if I delete it I am likely to delete a whole block of text. I don't use visual mode for this project. I need a command to prohibit Gvim from switching to visual mode. -- John Culleton Wexford Press "Create Book Covers with Scribus" Printable E-book 38 pages $5.95 http://www.booklocker.com/books/4055.html -- You received this message from the "vim_use" maillist.
