I found the solution for the "ì" problem. A map captured my key.
But..... I still have a lot of troubles with encoding in VIM. p.e. I write once in a while text in russian. I write russian text in VIM and vim gives ???? symbols. I write the same text in notepad (ms-notepad) and it writes the cyrillic letters. (the same font in both) What do I have to change in Vim to let Vim understand my writings?
