Well, this way still creates a tag file of of more than 750 MB. This is really not a solution. I also just don't have much time to understand how to develop plugins and write a suitable plugin for this situation. I have 3 kids at home missing me the whole day.
I really love Vim, so I really do my best not to use a full C/C++ IDE.
