In the general case, this is currently a non-trivial task[1] for
which I've wished Vim would add a numeric-range atom. However,
for your particular case, it's not too bad as you just have to
enumerate the possibilities:
/83537\(6[4-9]\|7\d\|8[0-9]\)
should find the numbers in that range.
