Do you mean something like this?
Move the cursor over the file name. Type
yiw!!cat <Ctrl-R>"
and hit Enter, where <Ctrl-R> is a literal Ctrl-R, not those 8
printable characters.
If not, it would help to know more about what you are trying to
achieve.
