The feeling of frustration will go away when you'll realize there's nothing bad 
in using whatever tool makes you feel more productive.

while you learn to master vim (if that's what you're aiming for) I see no 
reason for feeling bad just because you used the mouse. sometimes I use the 
mouse to place the cursor where i want and until now nobody has come here 
smashing my face against the keyboard, so i suppose it's a safe thing to do :p
