While experimenting with syntax highlighting, I found that empty lines end the search for nextgroup, even if I have both "skipwhite" and "skipnl" included. The empty lines are skipped as expected when I put "skipempty" in there as well, but why do I need all three? Doesn't "skipnl" and "skipwhite" imply that empty lines also should be skipped?
