Hi, folks,

Are there different kinds of wav files? The reason I ask is because I recorded
a concert from two cassettes into the computer using Amadeus Pro and saved them
as wav files. Thinking that for now I could do just a small bit of editing and
tweaking on them using Windows and Goldwave. But when I tried opening them in
Goldwave, it told me it couldn't recognize the file format. It gave me two
choices of what format to open them in, I forget now which they were, but
neither one of them was wav; hence my question, just my curiosity if anyone
happens to know. It's really not that big a deal, I'll just learn to do the
editing in Amadeus Pro. Thanks.
