Chad, you must have sent a dozen e-mails to this, and the Mac Visionaries list, asking this same question. If no one has responded, then either no one knows, or no one is willing to help you. You should contact the people that sold you the loops, and ask them what to do with them in order to get them to work. They sold them to you, after all, so they owe you technical support.
