On the Zero-g home page, there is a link called "Contact Us". You click that link to learn how to contact them. Half way down the page, it says:
---------- Please do not use this form for Vocaloid tech support questions! If you are a registered Vocaloid user and you can't remember the special Vocaloid tech support email address to use, please log in to Vocaloid support via the home page and you will then be taken to a web page where the special email address is revealed to you. You will only get an efficient tech support service for Vocaloid products if you use that special email address. ---------- So, you should log in to the web site to get the appropriate support e-mail address. Your log in info should have been in the order receipt e-mail that they sent to you. Click the log in link on the home page and put that info in. If you forgot your log in info, you can retrieve it on that page, just like with most others. On a guess, I'd also suggest [email protected], or [email protected]. Failing that, I'd just write them a message in the contact form. Hope they can help you.
