Hello vintage Mac fans! I apologize for the sudden interruption but
I've got a Mac Plus in good working condition plus a slew of hardware
and software I need to sell off rather quickly. It was bought new in
1989 and has been in storage almost continuously since 1997.

The main piece is, of course, the Mac Plus - it's a beige and I bought
it straight from a licensed dealer at the University of Iowa. It's
never been upgraded and I didn't know a whole lot about computers back
then so it's factory spec - System 6.0.3. The keyboard and
accompanying cables are all in good condition. The screen is in one
piece, no cracks or other damage.

Along with it came a 20SC hard drive which still runs, no apparent hot
spots or other defects. The cable is in fair condition but bears chew
marks from a very naughty Boston Terrier. There's also an ImageWriter
II dot matrix printer that seems to run fine; the ribbon is long gone
and there's no fanfold paper on hand so I couldn't test it thoroughly.
But it turns on and seems to connect to the computer OK. Cables in
good condition.

The printer and hard drive are still in the original packaging, though
they're quite worse for the wear. The Mac is not in its original
packaging as it got heavily damaged years ago. All three of them could
stand a cleaning.

As for the software: It still has all the original utilities and
system disks, as well as Microsoft Word and HyperCard. In addition it
has the two disks from the Macintosh Bible Fifth Edition, as well as
Graphics Works and a couple of independently-produced software
compilations.

There are also four classic games from the late 80s and early 90s,
also in their original packaging and (as far as I can tell) complete
with manuals, quick ref cards, and marketing inserts:
-Ancient Art of War at Sea
-Darwin's Dilemma
-Balance of Power: 1990 Edition
-Sim Earth

All of this was purchased by me and is in fair to good condition. I'd
prefer to sell this to someone within the Nashua/Boston area (I'm near
Derry, NH) and I don't have a lot of time to work out shipping
arrangements or other details. Please contact me directly with what
you'd consider a fair offer - I'd like to sell this by Jan 7 at the
absolute latest.

Thanks for your time!

-Jeff Skinner
