I finished replacing the aluminum SMT capacitors on one of my SE/30's today and it now bongs again (worked before but no sound). The person who had it before me stretched the screen out too far in both directions. I managed to get one dimension corrected with a plastic flat screwdriver, but the other need a long 5? sided tool which I don't have. Any idea where to look for that tool in the US (I don't think Radioshack has carried that stuff in ages)?
Also anybody know of a substitute for the case feet (mine are missing)? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Vintage Macs group.
