Unplug it then push the power button in and rotate it a quarter turn clockwise. 
It should pop out a bit.

To restore the auto on function, push the switch in and rotate it clockwise a 
quarter turn.

This feature is so they could be used as servers which would automatically 
restart after a power outage.
