Dylan, Glad to hear that you got the card installed... I will look at the manual to see what pages seem most appropriate. The G3 card has it's own cache, so the motherboard cache is unnecessary (hopefully you have the 1MB cache version of the G3 card). If you do leave the motherboard cache installed, the G3 system extension should disable it (I would just remove it). The card does not allow the use of additional memory (128MB + 8MB or 136MB max), it just makes your system nice and perky.
