Which OS do you have for the IIsi? I believe OS 6.0.7 was the minimum and OS 7.6.1 was the max. When you get into the OS 7 disks there were about 8 disks I believe. I would max out the RAM to 65MB (it has 1MB soldered already). I had mine maxed to 65MB of physical RAM and then I used RAMDoubler as an experiment and the system profile showed 130MB! However it was not very stable so RAM Doubler had to go =(. It has a PDS slot that can be converted into a Nubus slot. I believe the adapter contained an FPU built into it. You could probably find the ethernet cards on ebay. My little machine got me through university in the 90's AND created great invitations and programs for my wedding.
