Sterling, I'm almost sure that this is a cabletron card

I have one that came with I computer that I got for parts but I've never tried to use it. I found the drivers on line for the cabletron and can e-mail them to you, if it turns out to be a cabletron, you can probably find the Farallon drivers too.
