All of the All-In-One models, including yours, require a keyboard to  
power on. There is a button in the top-right corner (of most models)  
with a triangle on it, roughly like this: <|.

I have spare keyboards and mice (not black) that I would be happy to  
send to you. Please email me off list if you are interested.
