sometimes serialnumbers don't show up in the profiler for no reason.
if the sticker is removed or non-readable, that can be caused by an  
overactive cleaning person.
they come off very easy.

unfortunately not in my experience, but i think that, in your case  
and generaly spoken, the parts are probably made in asia and  
assembled in ireland.
