I'm pretty sure Apple had a TCP/IP client for OS7; I downloaded it a
while ago per suggestion on this list... now I forget what it was
called... But it adds the TCP/IP control panel, and you can connect
with that. What are you using to plug into the modem? SCSI? I recall
having SCSI modems back in the OS9 days. I think you also have to use
the PPP panel to dial up the internet. (You have to specify your ISP
and the number of your region)
