I have one of those, too (and two of the 7X00 series); the G3/233 desktop also has a USB 1.1. I didn't fire it up for quite a while, I think it runs 9.1, but cannot tell any more of its specifics. An SCSI card for the b/w should be available for 10-15 USD, refurbished by a professional dealer.
