I just bought a 512k. It seems to work fine. I don't have a start-up disk or any programs that I can use with it. When I turn it on, I get the flashing question mark. i assume thats what should happen without a start-up disk but I feel like its mocking me or. . . trying to intimidate me.
Anyway, I noticed when I got it home that the pram battery cover is missing. Too bad because, cosmetically, its a beautiful machine. Is there anyone who might have a junker that has the cover and would be willing to send it to me. I would forever be in your debt and I would be happy to come dance at your wedding or your children's wedding or your grandchildren's wedding. Or if you prefer, I could send you 5 bucks. Your call.
