Firefox on WinXP and Win7. It loses the linebreaks, so it pastes in one giant line. I've worked around it by doing a View Source and copypasting out of there, and then doing a global replace for the " and & symbols. Kind of a pain but it works. I've managed to break the 'net access on my Mac emu that I've been using to get stuff to my Classic and other old Macs via Ethernet, so I can't try it in a real vintage browser. I do know the whole page doesn't work in MacWeb on my Classic, which is kind of a shame. I don't think it handles virtual hosting very well. > > >> I'm actually finding that a lot of the Mac stuff not only predates >> > System > >> 7 compatibility completely, but won't even run on System 6 properly. >> > > Yes, since System 7 was only released in May of 1991, the majority of > files are meant for System 6. Yeah. So much of the current networld for Vintage Macs is aimed at System 7+, with most of the rest being a small subset of System 6, it's great to see so much pre-7 and even pre-6 stuff as it was when the computers were in use.
