That's certainly true, but there is a Mac 68K emulator out there, and
it requires a ROM image for the toolbox function.
That site alludes to the location of the ROM images.
Back when the 68k emulators were just getting going and illegal ROM
downloads weren't all over the net, one of the reasons I bought a real
vintage Mac was to get a legal ROM image. All these years later and I'm
getting far more use out of the real Macs than any emulators. Just more
fun that way. I mostly use the emulator these days for getting files to
my Macs that are too big for floppies. Oh how I wish there was even a
semi-modern web browser that ran on the 68000 Macs.
