System 6 through 7.5.1 will max out at 1 meg less than 2GB *per
partition*. 7.5.2 and up raises this to 2TB per partition.
Note that this means if you have a 6 GB drive, you'd be fine
partitioning it to three slightly-less-than 2GB partitions with 7.5.1
and lower, and under 7.5.2 and higher you'd be fine in one block.
