Well, I just traced back some wires from the HD connector and found what was ground and +12v. Then I shoved it on the prongs directly and it seems to work.
But I think its pretty obvious I must be missing a small L shaped adapter that converts the 3 prong to 5 prong (because with it shoved on there it doesn't allow the drive module to go back all the way and screw in)... -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Sterling Sent: Sunday, April 18, 2010 8:00 PM To: Vintage Macs Subject: Sun Remarketing Parallel HD power connector, how does this thing fit on here?? I have one of those 20MB HD in my Lisa and the top controller card has a five prong power connector. When I went to put my Lisa back together after some mild cleaning I realized that the power connector from the Lisa is a three prong receptor? Does anyone know how this is supposed to go back together? I'm kinda stuck right now and can't find any detailed docs on it. -- ----- You received this message because you are a member of the Vintage Macs group.
