Word processor? My Plus can do that nicely and with SCSI to
Ethernet I can print to the office laser printers (year old Xerox
Phaser 7400, HP LaserJet 8100DN and at home my LaserJet 2100TN)
Next trick is to try a Localtalk/ethernet bridge for printing since
the SCSI/ethernet can be really picky at times I don't think it gets
along with the SyQuest EZ135 I use as my boot drive (Ethernet works
perfectly when I'm booted off a floppy and the EZ is disconnected)

My real limitation is RAM, mine is at 1MB right now, will be upping
it to 4MB soon I hope though
