In future, before you post such a response, you need to consider that I
have personal, first hand evidence of what I just posted. It's not my
speculation or assumption on what might happen.

The two motherboards had not been powered on for years. The LC II
motherboard may not have been powered on for a decade. In turn I put each
motherboard in an LC case and attached the power supply. I applied power to
the motherboard. I waited a few hours. The Mac booted up.

That's it.
