The easiest way to ask for one (well, at least in the US) is to tell people you're looking for the wedge-shaped mouse that shipped with the Mac SE: they should know what you're talking about. If all you want is "a mouse," Apple and third parties made quite a few different ADB mice. The Desktop Bus Mouse II: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/99/Apple_desktop_mouse_II.jpg ...is a later model ADB mouse, and could be the easiest to find.
